Safeguarding is our first priority
Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Rosie Thurston. All staff hold enhanced DBS clearance. Our practice is fully aligned with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) 2025.
We take our safeguarding responsibilities seriously. Before any student is placed with us, we are happy to provide written confirmation of our DBS status, safeguarding policy, and KCSIE compliance procedures.
How the Referral Process Works
Step 1 — Get in touch
Contact us via the form or email info@educreate.org.uk with details of the young person and the provision you are seeking.
Step 2 — Initial conversation
We arrange a call to discuss the young person's needs, current circumstances, and the outcomes the placement is working towards. There is no obligation at this stage.
Step 3 — Placement assessment
We carry out an initial assessment to confirm that our provision is the right fit for the young person.
Step 4 — Placement agreement
We agree a structured programme plan, including session frequency, placement objectives, and how progress will be reported.
Step 5 — Regular progress updates
Throughout the placement, you receive clear communication and regular progress reporting covering attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing.
